TfC Membership

Membership is designed on a menu basis with options available for providers to buy the packages needed to meet  tendering requirements:

Individual services

Indivual service subscriptions may be purchased singly, in combination or to enhance silver Membership to create a set of Membership services which meet your requirements. These include:

• Weekly e-journals "Staying Ahead" and "UPDATE" - 50 weekly issues - Annual Subscription £120 + VAT = £144
• TfC Helpdesk - email/telephone for tendering and procurement related matters - Subscription £600 + VAT = £720
• VEAT Notice - daily service is included in our Gold and Platinum packages

Combination Services

Silver - Our basic information service provides:

• Calls to tender in your areas of activity or specialism in health, social care, medical and/or associated professional services, including "sub-threshold" contracts with total value  of less than £156,442.00;
• Calls to tender in selected areas of activity or specialism in a set of defined localities sent on Fridays and Mondays;
• Calls to tender in selected areas of activity or speicialism across the UK as published in the OJEU;
• Weekly e-journals upDATE and Staying Ahead;

Annual Subscription -  £450 + VAT = £540

Enhanced coverage of more selected UK localities may be purchased.

Gold - Our most popular combination service provides the benefits of silver membership, in addition Members receive:

• Calls to tender in selected areas of activity or specialism published (both "sub-threshold" and published in the OJEU) in all localities across the UK;
  
• Access to the TfC Helpdesk throughout theMembership year;
• Two face to face meetings in either Chesterfield or London, or meetings held online using Skype;
• Up to four tenders reviewed, either prior to submission or an older successful or unsuccessful tender;
  
• Lessons from feedback to improve future tenders;
• Credit Tracker service which tracks your ratings from three agencies most frequently used by purchasers;
• Daily VEAT Notice Service.
  

Annual Subscription - £2,560 + VAT = £3,072

Platinum - is increasing in popularity as a backup service for busy Business Development departments or as a tendering department for providers who do not have these resources available in-house. The Membership provides all of the benefits of gold Membership, included in the Membership are six consultancy days which are pre-paid and available for gaining access to expert help and support. These days can be used in a number of ways, examples being:

• PQQ preparation;
• Method Statement writing;
• Specialist research and reports for corporate and strategic planning;
• Participation in staff discussions, meetings and conferences;
• The use of webinar technology for remote attendance at meetings and discussions;
• Support for the challenging of purchasers' decisions, including drafting letters;
• Expert investigations of matters related to procurement compliance;
• Help regarding public sector contracts.

Annual Subscription - £5,760 + VAT = £6,912

In addition - Special arrangements can be made for providers needing help in reviewing or preparing an urgent PQQ or tender.
